    Personal Information

29 years old, mother of 2 (Adam 13, Gage 4 and soon to be step mom to 3, Trent 15, Grace & Chloe 7).  I am a Human Resource Manager for the Kellogg Company. I’m getting married on New Years Eve 2008.  I have always been very athletic, participating in basketball (although I wasn’t very good) softball and volleyball in high school. I am a junkie when it comes to getting as much information as I can about different workouts and eating clean, I love to cook. I also ride motorcycles in my spare time and have a 2006 Harley Davidson Dyna Low Rider.

What are your greatest fitness accomplishments so far?

Wow,  I  won my height class in Figure (5’2 and under) 3 competitions in a row, but mostly I think my biggest accomplishment has to be transforming my body into something I never knew it could be and the confidence and great feeling that came with that. (Thanks Julie :0)

What do you enjoy most about fitness?

Being healthy and a good role model for my kids when it comes to living a healthy life and paying attention to what goes into my mouth.

    What are your fitness goals?

I’m going to quote Oxygen- to love my body and live my life.

What motivates you to maintain a healthy lifestyle?

I’m my own worst critic so motivation comes from expectation of how I want my body to look. Of course, I also want to live a long and happy life with my future husband and my children.

What is the best part about working with Julie?

Having someone to guide me through the process and educate me while doing so, plus she is such a great person that she became a good friend.

    Favorite 'diet' food:

Protein Pudding (hee hee w/ peanut butter when allowed)

Fitness and being healthy is a way of life but it can’t be your entire life, it’s easy to get caught up in it and forget about important things, my only advice would be to keep everything in perspective and don’t take yourself too seriously.  You’re training super hard for 10 min on stage and 8 people’s opinion, the only real opinion that counts is your own.

    Hometown:

    Bellevue, Michigan
