    Personal Information

    I am a School Teacher of 24 years. I am married and have three children age 15, 16, and 17.

    What are your greatest fitness accomplishments so far?

    I have no trophy YET! I have only competed once, but am training to compete again next year! So I would have to say my biggest accomplishment so far was losing 40 pounds over 20 years ago and keeping it off!   My mission now is to continue to reshape my body by gaining muscle and losing body fat!

    Transformation info – How much have you changed in what period of time?

    Since working with Julie, my physique is continuing to change as I am gaining muscle and losing body fat. I am toner and tighter all over!! I love the definition that I am seeing all over but especially in my arms and shoulders! I lost 1 inch of body fat off my biceps in the first 4 weeks! What has helped me the most, is Julie’s diet and workout plan, It is the blueprints to my success!

    What do you enjoy most about fitness?

    Most definitely the challenge!! And woking with Julie, You Will Be Challenged!!!

    What are your fitness goals?

    To be better than I was yesterday! To wake up, and be happy to be in my own skin!!! To lift my shirt, and see a six pack!!!!!

    What motivates you to maintain a healthy lifestyle?

    My husband and kids. I want to be a positive role model for them.

    What is the best part about working with Julie?

    Everything! She is always available and quickly replies to any questions or concerns. Not to mention, the wealth of knowledge she has. I am so glad to have her along with me on my journey!

    What is the worst part about working with Julie?

    NONE!!! Other than her living so far away from me!  Would love to meet her in person!

    What is you favorite healthy food?

    I would say, I have a tie between UMP pudding w/ almond butter and Protein Pancakes. Both are so good! It’s like having a cheat!
