    Hometown:  Georgetown, OH

    I am a personal trainer and certified nutritionist. In September of 2015, I opened my own gym and personal training studio in Maysville, KY. I have been a personal trainer for 4 years and have been teaching my Cardio Fitness Classes for 5 years! It had always been a dream of mine to open my own gym and dedicate myself to helping others achieve their goals!

    What are your greatest fitness accomplishments?

    My greatest fitness accomplishments are running in my 1st ½ marathon in Columbus in October of 2015. Then in April 2016 I competed in 2 Figure Competitions! My first competition was The 2016 Kentucky Natural Classic and The 2016 Northeast/Southwest Classic

    Transformation info - How much have you changed in what period of time. What things have most helped you make that transformation?

    Over the past 2 months of working with Julie Lohre I have made unbelievable changes!  Competing in a Figure Competition has always been a goal of mine and to say I did it still amazes me! I couldn’t have done this without Julie Lohre. She is always so helpful and upbeat! She’s always interested in what’s working and not working for you and making changes to best accommodate you and your body!

    What do you enjoy the most about fitness?

    What I enjoy most about fitness is how it transforms you physically and mentally. Working out is therapy for me. It is my time to focus solely on myself and work towards a healthier me…mind and body.

    What are your fitness goals?

    My fitness goals are to gain more muscle, continue to set PR’s with lifting and compete in another fitness competition. I also love running! So, I’d love to run another ½ marathon and beat my time from before. I know these are completely opposite goals….but hey with determination and hard work they both can be achieved!!

    What motivates you to maintain a healthy lifestyle?

    What motivates me to maintain a healthy lifestyle are my clients whom I train everyday. I want to lead by example and show them that it can be done you just have to want it bad enough. What also motivates me is how it makes me feel. I am healthier now than I ever have been and it feels great so it excites me to push myself just a little harder to be the better version of me than the day before.

    What is the best part about working with Julie?

    The best part about working with Julie Lohre…All of it! She is simply amazing! She is always so informative when you have questions, she wants to know what is working for you and what is not and when adjustments need to be made she makes them then monitors your progress with the change. I found that extremely helpful. Working with Julie was honestly life changing for me because she helped me do something I never thought I’d be able to do!

    What is the worst part about working with Julie?

    There is no other way to answer this question other than JULIE LOHRE IS INCREDIBLE!

    Favorite 'diet' food:

    My favorite diet food would have to be baked or grilled chicken with Mrs. Dash seasoning and a baked sweet potato! Also, working with Julie…I’ve grown to love grapefruits as a snack!

    Any other comments or anything else you would like to share?

    Some might find it odd that I am a trainer and still needed the help from Julie Lohre. But with fitness and nutrition there is always something new to learn. Julie has not only helped me but has also taught me so much! Knowledge is the best thing because you can pass it on and it’s something that no one can take from you. Never think you are to the point where there is nothing else to be learned because you are highly mistaken! I have told all my clients about Julie and my clients know who Julie is! “Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much!”
