    Personal Information

    I am an active person who has always enjoyed fitness, nutrition and the outdoors.  Growing up playing volleyball, basketball, and softball, I’ve enjoyed an active lifestyle and competition.  I am currently a Development Associate with United Way of Greater Cincinnati and Program Coordinator with The Ohio State University.  I am married to my husband, Chris, who is a fantastic supporter, and currently have to furry children – Ping and Pong.  We enjoy being active together and spending time with our friends and family whenever possible.

    What are your greatest fitness accomplishments so far?

    It was great to place 4th in my class for my first show just recently in the Northern Kentucky!  However, personal gains – both physically and mentally, through this process have been my biggest achievements!

    What do you enjoy most about fitness?

    Fitness is my outlet!  It allows me time to myself, it’s my stress relief, as well as an area that I know I can always challenge myself.

    What are your fitness goals?

    Maintaining & promoting a healthy and energetic lifestyle are most important to me.  I love to find new activities to push myself, continually evolve and expand ways to incorporate new fitness ideas into my everyday lifestyle.

    What motivates you to maintain a healthy lifestyle?

    Maintaining my health, energy, and a high level of activity keeps me going.  I want to ensure that I am able to take advantage of every opportunity I get in life.  It has also been great to be able to influence and educate friends and family members along the way about diet and exercise and see them make healthy lifestyle changes.

    What is the best part about working with Julie?

    Julie is truly invested in your personal goals from the moment you begin working with her.  She considers all aspects of your lifestyle and works with you to find nutrition and exercise plans that work personally for you.  She has been a great motivator and always ensures you are aware of her belief in you and that you believe in yourself.  She finds ways to push you to your next level and have you enjoy doing it!

    What is the worst part about working with Julie?

    No worst parts – the experience has been great all around!  She gives you knowledge that you can take with you and implement on your own!

    Favorite 'diet' food:

    UMP Cookies & Cream Pudding, warmed with fat free cool whip…..and sweet potato chips!
