I used Julie for my contest prep and will continue to use her again when I compete in the spring. She’s fabulous!! I really can’t say enough great things about her and I find her to be very reasonably-priced. I was never hungry on her nutrition program either. She’s also really good about getting back with email and phone calls. Email her and arrange to have a phone-consult to see if she’sright for you. I really enjoy her upbeat postitive attitude, and during contest prep when you’re tired and stressed out, it really is a breath of fresh air!

She is a jewel. Through the online training, Julie has shown much concern and passion towards my needs and concerns.  She is quick to respond and has listened on so many occasions through my ups and downs.
