    Personal Information

    I am a USMC spouse with a love for staying busy! I have lived coast to coast and I love to travel. Not being one to sit around & let my husband have all the fun, I’ve turned this somewhat nomadic lifestyle into an opportunity to connect with people across the country. Through personal training, cosmetology, and competing as an NPC Bikini Competitor (sounds a little crazy I know, but somehow it all flows together!) I have found a fitness family that shares the same passions as me 🙂

    What are your greatest fitness accomplishments so far?

    Over the past 3 years or so I have worked very hard to forge my way into the Fitness Industry.  I am very proud to say that I am a Dymatize Nutrition sponsored athlete and am an Ambassador for Reebok and FitMark bags (2 of my biggest goals I set for myself). I have also been published in national magazines, (photos and writing), and landed my first cover in December!

    With competing I had my best year thus far last year, placing 2nd at the Arnold Amateur and 4th at Jr Nationals in June.  I hope this year to continue to improve and continue living a healthy active lifestyle.

    WHAT CHANGES HAVE YOU SEEN & WHAT HAS HELPED YOU MAKE THE TRANSFORMATION?

    I have always played sports, but after college I became more involved in weight training and discovered how to truly eat healthy.  Over the past few years I have really transformed my my lifestyle and physique.

    I have been very blessed to have had many positive and encouraging mentors throughout this journey. I am a very determined and hardworking person, but the support from my family, friends, and mentors has been invaluable in my successes (and breakthroughs during more challenging times).

    What do you enjoy most about fitness?

    Being an athlete I will always love sports of any form. I love the challenge, the comradary, and competition.  Overall fitness has enriched my life in so many ways- I can’t imagine my life without it.

    What are your fitness goals?

    My goals are constantly evolving as I continue in this industry. Overall, my goal is to continue to learn, grow, and evolve with each phase of my career/ life. Specifically:
    -I hope to cheer for the Cincinnati BenGals this year
    -Continue my writing- I would love to have my own column!
    -Grow as a fitness model.
    -Earn my Pro Card in Bikini.
    -Travel! This Industry has given me the chance to travel throughout the US, and I plan to continue traveling and connecting with people all over:)

    What motivates you to maintain a healthy lifestyle?

    The way it makes me feel! I feel healthy, strong, and confident when I’m maintaining a healthy lifestyle. When I feel this way everything else in my life is more positive.

    What is the best part about working with Julie?

    Where do I start?! Everything about working with Julie has exceeded my expectations. She listens to your goals, tailors your plan to YOU, and most importantly designs your plan so that you reach your goals in a healthy and positive way.

    What is the worst part about working with Julie?

    Haha there is none!
