I am a 37 year old (soon to be) mother of 1!  Currently I am a full-time student finishing up my Ph.D. in Sociology at the University of Kentucky.  I also am a consultant for law enforcement agencies.  I have always enjoyed both participating in and watching sports.  I am a sports junkie!

Competing in two figure competitions.  Just getting up on stage (since I am so shy) was a huge accomplishment for me!

I love seeing how I can change my body through diet and exercise.  It is challenging, but so fulfilling.

To compete again (after getting rid of the “baby fat”).  I also want to continue to lead a healthy and active lifestyle. 

How good I feel when I am eating healthy and keeping active!  And now that I am about to become a mother for the first time at 37, it is especially important to me to set a good example for my daughter.
