    Personal Information

    I am 39 years old and work as a 3rd shift nurse at an assisted living department in Kenwood, Ohio.  I gained my weight in nursing school going through the drive thru for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.  I never had the time or energy to cook healthy meals.

    What are your greatest fitness accomplishments so far?

    When I first started working with Julie I was at 28.5 % bodyfat and at the end of week 12, I was 20.5%. I started out in a size 7 pants and now I can wear a size 2!

    WHAT CHANGES HAVE YOU SEEN & WHAT HAS HELPED YOU MAKE THE TRANSFORMATION?

    I started working with Julie 7 months ago, and during that time I’ve made tremendous improvements on my physique. Almost immediately after beginning with Julie I noticed positive changes. The method of my structured workouts and balanced diet really helped to kick start my body towards my goals.

    What do you enjoy most about fitness?

    What I enjoy most is the energy and confidence it brings. It is a lifestyle and I look forward to the gym everyday!

    What are your fitness goals?

    My fitness goals are to gain more muscle and to continue with this healthy lifestyle I have found.  It is all about balance!

    What motivates you to maintain a healthy lifestyle?

    My determination keeps me in line. I never like to start something and not see it to the end. Living this lifestyle has given me so much to look forward to.

    What is the best part about working with Julie?

    Julie is so honest and will answer all your questions no matter how repetitive they seem. Her training and nutrition plans are based on you as an individual according to your body type and fitness goals. She truly cares about you reaching your goals.

    What is the worst part about working with Julie?

    I really can’t think of any bad part and I hope to continue to work with Julie for a long time. I could have never gotten as far as I have without her.

    Favorite 'diet' food:

    Julie’s chocolate chip protein cookies. I love them!
