2 Scoops Ultimate Muscle Protein
Flavor of your choice.
3 egg whites
1/4 cup oatmeal (dry)
You can sub 1/4 cup Kodiak Cakes High Protein Pancake Mix Here
1 tsp vanilla extract
Enough water to make a batter consistency
Best Protein Pancake Recipe: Directions
Mix oatmeal with 1/4 cup water and microwave for 1 minute.
Add remaining ingredients and add water to batter consistency.
Spray skillet with Pam.
Cook in a skillet until bubbles form on the top and then flip.
Top with sugar free syrup or berries.
