    Personal Information

    I am 31 years old. I am a first grade teacher who LOVES what I do.  I have been married to my wonderful husband for 3 years and we have 2 adorable “children” Ludo and Lily that we adopted from the Humane Society.

    What are your greatest fitness accomplishments so far?

    In one year of training with Julie, I was able to go from 28% to 16% body fat and drop almost 20 lbs.

    WHAT CHANGES HAVE YOU SEEN & WHAT HAS HELPED YOU MAKE THE TRANSFORMATION?

    The thing that has helped me most over the last year is having a support system of friends and family that don’t think I am TOO crazy for packing food with me most everywhere.

    What do you enjoy most about fitness?

    I enjoy lifting weights. I love the feeling that I am getting stronger and able to lift heavier every week.

    What are your fitness goals?

    I want to continue working to gain muscle so I can be a fit mom someday!

    What motivates you to maintain a healthy lifestyle?

    The results that I have seen in the last year are a HUGE motivation for me. I had worked out with trainers and done some exercising before working out with Julie but I wasn’t losing weight or gaining muscle.

    What is the best part about working with Julie?

    I LOVE how Julie motivates me! She is able to motivate me like no one else ever has. It’s funny that even though I don’t see her in the gym I still feel that I don’t want to let her down!

    What is the worst part about working with Julie?

    There is not really a “worst part” to working with Julie. She is pretty awesome! But I hate shopping, and since I have been working out with Julie I have had to buy all new clothes. I really liked some of my old clothes and they don’t fit anymore!!

    Favorite 'diet' food:

    Cheesecake protein pudding
    Mix 1 scoop of Vanilla UMP with water.
    Add sugar free cheesecake Jello mix (Maybe 1 TBSP?)
    Add 1 container of Greek Yogurt.
    It almost tastes like cheesecake filling – YUM!
