    Personal Information

    I am a 34 yr old busy Mom of two amazing children. My daughter, Braelynn is 3 and my son Glenn is 2. I am happily married to an amazing man who believes in me more than I believe in myself.  I have had my NSCA-CSCS certification for over 10 years and I love being a personal trainer.

    What are your greatest fitness accomplishments so far?

    So far, I would say it has been finding my balance and not giving up on myself! I have had plenty of set backs since I started training again and it has taken me a lot longer to reach my goals (funny how having kids can do that. lol) but I STILL DID IT! I have competed in the past and I would love to compete again in the near future but I’m just taking it day by day and enjoying my accomplishments thus far.

    So my journey with Julie has been a long one with ups and downs. I’ve never been heavy. Always fit and athletic so being heavy was VERY hard for me, mostly on the emotional end. I struggled SO MUCH with finding my balance and not feeling guilty for putting myself and my health first. I’d do great and then life, my lack of confidence, or guilt would derail me. This is me at 34% BF (8 months after having my son), 24% and 17% I finally feel like myself again and I’m most proud of the fact that I didn’t give up! It isn’t my finished product but it feels so good to be comfortable in my own skin again. I’m so very happy I found Julie Lohre way back in 08 and that she continued to challenge me, encourage me, and inspire me for so many years. Thanks for sticking with me and for reminding me that I’M WORTH IT!

    What do you enjoy most about fitness?

    I truly enjoy everything about it. I love that so many things are “fitness”…lifting heavy, finishing your 25 min HIIT training and wanting to puke, feeling so accomplished after food prep Sundays, the feeling you get after pushing through those last 2 reps when you didn’t think you could finish even 1, looking at yourself in the mirror and being amazed that you have been able to change your WHOLE body, inside and out. I love it all.  Fitness has been such a huge part of my life but it has never been more important than it is now. I want my babies to watch and learn.

    What are your fitness goals?

    I would love to get back up on stage again….sooner than later hopefully. My long term goal is to just maintain this happy, healthy lifestyle and to continue to challenge myself and my physique.

    What motivates you to maintain a healthy lifestyle?

    Wanting to be a good role model for my babies, wanting to inspire my clients, and wanting to always feel this confident about myself as it is a hard thing to find once you have lost it.  🙂

    What is the best part about working with Julie?

    Where do I begin? She is amazing. She has challenged me, inspired me, and motivated me for so many years. She has never given up on me and seems to know just when I need to hear “You CAN do this”. She listens to you and your goals and creates a plan specifically for you. She genuinely cares about each and every one of her clients and will support you through the entire process. Like I said…she’s amazing.

    What is the worst part about working with Julie?
