The 2013 Kentucky Muscle show was held in Louisville, KY on November 9th 2013. Congratulations to the incredible athletes that put on a great show and promoter Brent Jones who has been working to grow the show every year!  This year Team FITBODY Contest Prep team were in company of over 500+ competitors.  Talk about a BIG show!

I am so proud of all you have accomplished and the hard work you’ve put in this fall.  Great Job Ladies!!!
